*Participants must be 18 years or older

Meeting Time: Gather at Lake Entrance B at 10:40 a.m. The nature hike to the East Bay Observation Deck starts at 10:45 a.m., followed by the yoga session at 11 a.m.
Restrooms: Available in brick buildings within the county park.
What to Bring: Yoga mat, water thermos, sunscreen, bug spray, comfortable clothing, and closed-toed shoes. Be prepared for potentially cooler weather; bring extra layers.
